Howdy!

I’m Laura — a UX researcher and consultant who works at the intersection of research, strategy, and the complex systems that real people depend on every day.

Most of my work lives inside the systems that are built to serve large communities at scale: benefits portals, workforce platforms, and government case management tools. I research, I facilitate, I design, and I advocate — usually all on the same project. I care deeply about clarity, accessibility, and building things that hold up in the real world.

Based in Chicago and looking for my next chapter. Feel free to say hi at laura.nguyen@myyahoo.com!
